Foundation, Waterproofing & Masonry Services

Seven services, one Toronto team, grouped the way we triage a job on site: what threatens the structure, what is letting water in, and what protects the house once the first two are handled. Every one of them starts with the same free inspection.

  • Tier 1 — Structural
  • Tier 2 — Water getting in
  • Tier 3 — Protect & maintain

Start from the symptom

You Don’t Have to Pick the Service

Most people call describing what they can see, not what they think they need. That is the right way round — here is roughly where each symptom tends to lead once we have looked at it.

Symptom · Dry crack

“There’s a crack, but it isn’t wet”

A visible line in the wall that has never leaked. The first job is deciding whether it is a shrinkage crack or a moving one.

Usually leads toAn inspection and a grading. Often nothing further, sometimes crack repair.

Symptom · Damp wall

“The wall is damp after it rains”

Water appearing on or near the wall, sometimes with staining or a chalky white residue at the surface.

Usually leads toLeak repair, then a decision between interior and exterior waterproofing.

Symptom · Standing water

“Water pools on the basement floor”

Water arriving faster than it leaves, often at the joint where the floor slab meets the wall, and often after snowmelt.

Usually leads toDrainage assessment, an interior system and a sump pump, or exterior work.

Symptom · Movement

“Doors stick and floors slope”

Signs the structure itself has shifted: widening stair-step cracks, out-of-square openings, or a wall leaning inward.

Usually leads toA structural assessment, and where it is genuinely warranted, underpinning.

Still not sure? Describe what you can see and leave the categorising to us. The inspection is free, the grading is honest, and if nothing needs doing we will tell you that too.

Not Sure Which Service You Need?

That’s what the inspection is for. Tell us what you’re seeing — a crack, a damp wall, a slow leak after rain — and we’ll tell you what it actually is before recommending anything.
